TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

The Long Drive Workout static contraction workout develops twelve major muscle groups in your body. Using an A/B split routine the Long Drive Workout workout allows you to perform six exercises on one training day and six different exercises on the alternate day.

Beginners will likely be capable of performing two workouts per week at the start of this program but will quickly progress to performing one workout every week or ten days.

CNS Workout

The Central Nervous System Workout is designed to trigger an anabolic response from the body. Rather than target individual muscle groups, the CNS Workout is engineered to produce the greatest possible growth stimulus to the Central Nervous System by forcing the body to perform a great amount of work at the highest possible intensity.
